Chances are, you’ve at least seen Lloyd Flanders outdoor furniture, if not sat in some yourself. This popular brand has been creating durable, beautiful woven furniture for over a century. Rattan Wicker & Cane is a proud authorized vendor for the Lloyd Flanders brand and their collections.

If you’re considering new, high-quality outdoor furniture in Venice, FL, we highly recommend that you stop by and look at our selection of Lloyd Flanders furnishings. From woven furniture to sustainable teak tables, this brand offers beautiful and durable outdoor options.

Woven furniture

The “Lloyd Loom” collections are made in largely the same way the founder established in 1917. Rather than wrapping wicker cane around a frame, Lloyd Flanders uses a process where cellulose and wicker fabric are woven together to make this natural and sturdy material. Once the cellulose and wicker are woven, they’re sealed and dried to make them weather resistant. Then the fabric is cut and shaped around aluminum frames to create strong, lightweight furnishings.

Lloyd Flanders woven furniture is available in everything from indoor/outdoor dining tables and chairs to sofas, rocking chairs and chaise lounges. They’re suitable for adding accents to your rooms or for year-round outdoor dining and seating, and come in a variety of styles that range from classic to modern and sleek.

Vinyl all-weather rattan

Lloyd Flanders also offers vinyl all-weather rattan furniture, designed to stay soft and flexible for decades. The vinyl is “virgin” vinyl, with no fillers, and is UV-treated to withstand the hot Florida sunshine without fading or cracking. Like the rattan woven furniture, Lloyd Flanders vinyl furniture is wrapped around lightweight and durable aluminum frames.

The colors, styles and textures in the vinyl all-weather collection are designed so that you can find a piece for every aesthetic taste, whether you want an ultramodern party space or a cozy, patio for intimate gatherings.

Sustainable teak

Teak is not only one of nature’s most beautiful wood types, but it also withstands heat, moisture and use without becoming brittle or rotting. Lloyd Flanders makes a collection of teak tables that are created with certified, sustainable teak wood from Brazil. They’re designed to coordinate with the Lloyd Flanders woven vinyl or rattan collections, and if left outside will achieve a “rich, silvery-gray” finish that will look beautiful with the rest of your Lloyd Flanders furnishings.

Custom and standard fabrics

Finally, the Lloyd Flanders brand knows that the fabric you choose is almost as important as the furniture itself. Standard options include high-quality Al Fresco, Sunbury and Sunbrella fabrics in a multitude of shades and patterns—but if you don’t see quite what you have in mind, the company is happy to work with customer-provided fabrics to make sure you get exactly what you need.
