Have you made the move to Florida with great expectations about your new home and furnishings?

Then you discover that the cherished family antique heirlooms don’t seem to fit in with your new Rattan furnishings?

Fear not! If you love it, keep it! In most cases that antique chest, bed or dining set can be made to work with compatible, new custom furniture, and perhaps using Rattan as accent pieces. At Rattan Wicker and Cane in Venice Florida, we specialize in fine furnishings for your home, in addition to selling Rattan furniture with today’s mix and match look. If you need a comfortable, new sectional sofa to relax in the evenings, we have a wide array of choices in fabrics and designs with multiple choices of Rattan End Tables and Cocktail Tables to accent your valuable antiques. For over 40 years, we have been specializing in Rattan furniture here in Florida because it is perfect for the climate, it is strong and durable and has an appeal that is timeless.

Another example to blend the old with the new is to keep your collections of china or collectibles in an elegant, Rattan cabinet. Combining the two makes it totally your own unique design, one that can make you happy to be surrounded by cherished memories. One of our customers matched 18th century Dutch Marquetry Dining Chairs with a glass topped Rattan dining table with wonderful results. Our Rattan finishes come in in many different colors so you can create a unique design.

So we say again. “If you love it, keep it!” No need to take your furniture to the nearby consignment shop, never to be forgiven by Granny who is watching from above.

Stop by and see us in Venice, Florida or check our website for ideas! We have gracious sales folks who will not hover and will be glad to help you with your unique needs,
